Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an automated email from [email protected] containing your unique tracking number. This email is sent within 24–48 hours after dispatch. Please check your inbox (and spam/junk folder) for a message with the subject line: “Your Ederveil Order Has Shipped.”

Step 2: Choose a Tracking Method

You can track your package using one of the following methods:

Option A: Use a Third-Party Tracking Service

  • Enter your tracking number in the search bar on the homepage.
  • Click the “Track” button or press Enter.
  • View the detailed status, including the current location, estimated delivery date, and all transit milestones.

Option B: Track via Carrier Website

If you prefer to use the specific carrier’s website, your tracking email will indicate which courier is handling your delivery (e.g., USPS, DHL, FedEx, or local postal service). Copy your tracking number and paste it into the carrier’s official tracking portal for direct updates.

Step 3: Understand Your Tracking Status

Here are common tracking statuses you may encounter and what they mean:

  • Order Processed / Label Created: Your package is being prepared for pickup by the carrier.
  • In Transit: The package is moving through the carrier’s network.
  • Out for Delivery: The package is with the local delivery driver and should arrive today.
  • Delivered: The package has been delivered to the address provided.
  • Exception / Delay: There may be a customs hold, weather delay, or address issue. Contact [email protected] for assistance.

Step 4: What If You Haven’t Received a Tracking Number?

If you placed your order more than 48 hours ago and have not received a tracking email, please check your spam folder first. If it’s not there, reach out to us at [email protected] with your order number (found in your order confirmation email). Our team will investigate and provide you with the tracking details within 24 hours.

Additional Tips for a Smooth Delivery

  • Ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot redirect packages once shipped.
  • If you see “Delivered” but haven’t received your package, check with neighbors, building management, or the carrier’s local office.
  • For international orders, customs clearance may cause delays. Tracking updates from 17Track will show any customs status.
